The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for a Street Ovelay contract. The scope of services include milling, preparation, and application of hot mixed asphalt concrete (HMAC) as required over miscellaneous Cit street utilizing multiple Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) work orders. Estimated construction cos is $2,000,000.
Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder’s bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Video Conference will be held on December 8, 2020, 2:00 PM, Local Time. Access instructions to the video conference are found at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.

All sealed bids/proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Manager, 630 East Hopkins Street, Building 4, San Marcos, Texas prior to the due date and time stipulated in the solicitation documents by U.S. Postal Service, overnight delivery service or special mail carrier delivery service only.
