Parks & Recreation Facility Reservation Request Form

  1. Please fill out this form if you are interested in reserving one of the Parks & Recreation facilities. Reservations may only be made one year in advance from today's date. Reservation requests are processed in the order in which they are received. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that there is a possibility we could be fully booked on your desired date(s). Activity Center Staff will review your request and contact you for payment. A deposit of half of the rental fee is due upon reservation confirmation, and the balance will be due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the confirmed event date.

    *Table and chair numbers are subject to change based on availability 
    **Round tables are 60 inches and Rectangular tables are 30" x 72" (six feet).
    ***Round tables seat eight people comfortably but can accommodate up to ten chairs. Rectangular tables seat six comfortably.

    Events taking place at the San Marcos Activity Center will be set up by Activity Center Staff, Other facilities require you to set up your own event; we provide the appropriate number of tables and chairs needed.

    Permits are an additional $52 per permit. These are subject to approval based on location of event.
