Any presence of alcohol within our facilities will require a paid officer to be on site. The officers will be assigned by Activity Center staff and they will provide officer cost and payment details.
*Table and chair numbers are subject to change based on availability **Round tables are 60 inches and Rectangular tables are 30" x 72" (six feet).***Round tables seat eight people comfortably but can accommodate up to ten chairs. Rectangular tables seat six comfortably.
Please include set up and tear down time in the time range. Example: 4 p.m.-10 p.m.
Examples include: classroom set up, horseshoe setup, banquet setup, audience (chairs only)Events taking place at the San Marcos Activity Center will be set up by Activity Center Staff, Other facilities require you to set up your own event; we provide the appropriate number of tables and chairs needed.
This can be a hand drawing or a previous layout you may have. This is only for rentals that take place at the San Marcos Activity Center.
Permits are an additional $52 per permit. These are subject to approval based on location of event.
The San Marcos Activity Center has additional equipment that can be requested. No other rental facility has these items available. Additional Fee Pricing can be found on the Facility Rental page.
