[ARCHIVED] Tom Taggart Honored at Symposium; Appointed to Texas811 Board

Executive Director of Public Services Tom Taggart has been honored by two separate organizations in the public utilities sector.

“It’s very fitting for Tom to be honored both locally and nationally for his many years of service, not only in San Marcos, but also within many industry organizations,” said City Manager Bert Lumbreras. “His achievements are well known among his colleagues, and we are proud to have such an accomplished professional leading our City public services team.”
