The Planning & Development Services Office received a demolition application for buildings located at 3603 Hunter Road (#2020-34068). It appears that many of the buildings are older than 80 years of age. Therefore, the application is subject to the demolition delay for historic age resources ordinance (Ordinance 2019-41).
