Adults wanting to prepare for the High School Equivalency exam come register for our free classes. Classes meet Monday through Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

Applying for work? This program provides hands-on assistance with your job search, including advice on job seeking, résumé and cover letter writing, networking, and how to apply for jobs. No registration required. This service is free.

Free Legal Advice from Licensed Attorneys
March 10, 6:00 p.m.
Meet one-on-one with licensed attorneys to receive free legal advice on civil legal problems, such as family, housing, consumer, and caregiver authorization. Everyone will be asked to fill out an application requesting information about you, your financial information, and your legal issue. On-site registration begins at 6:00 p.m.; legal aid starts at 7:00 p.m. Must sign in before 7:00 p.m. to speak with an attorney. Spanish interpreters and a supervised waiting area for children are available.
Workforce Wednesday

Philosophy Dialogues

Adults participate in a round table discussion with students and faculty of the Texas State University Philosophy Department. Topic: Technology, Truth, and Democracy presented by Larry Hickman.
