Emma Watson

Orange cat in a sweater looking at camera

Any cat that will not only let you put a sweater on her for a photo, but enjoys the attention, is one cool cat! Emma Watson is nine-years-old. Adopting an older pet can be so rewarding, and senior cats can be low maintenance companions. Emma is ready to ease right into your home, and she’d sure love to spend the holiday season with you. She’s the perfect cat for someone looking for a sweet, affectionate, loving companion. Emma enjoys chin scratches, and she’ll gladly help keep you warm on cold winter nights. Stop by to meet this lovely girl and see if you can give her a home for the holidays.

Hawthorne

This floppy-eared boy has some big dog energy! Hawthorne is a three-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who loves adventure, making new friends and learning new tricks. He’s still working on the basics, but he will do anything for food! Hawthorne first arrived to our shelter in September and has quickly become a volunteer favorite. Hawthorne will do great with a family willing to give him all the time and attention he deserves.

All adoptions include the pet’s spay or neuter, kennel vaccinations, rabies vaccination, microchip and city license. For more information or to adopt one of our Pets of the Week, visit www.sanmarcostx.gov/animaladoptions or contact Animal Services at (512) 805-2650.
