Employee Parking Program

The City of San Marcos has begun a pilot program to provide a solution for Downtown employees who need a place to park while at work. The goal of the Employee Parking Program Pilot is to give employees a location to park during their shifts and free up parking spaces in the Downtown area. 

Employees or employers can apply to reserve space(s) at the surface lot at 312 E. Hopkins (see map below). Once registered, the individual reserving the space will set up an account with LAZ and choose their monthly parking option. During the pilot, the City will subsidize one-half of the monthly parking fee to reserve a space. 

During the pilot, the Employee Parking Program is limited to Downtown employees and employers.
