Registering with WarnCentralTexas.org allows the City to directly contact residents by phone, text, or email during a disaster or public safety event. The City can quickly provide information that affects specific neighborhoods such as evacuation orders and directions to shelters.

Do not call 911 unless you are requesting emergency assistance, as it is not staffed to answer general information calls during emergency events like severe weather.

Service requests can range from potholes to graffiti removal and will be routed directly to the appropriate department for action.
