Due to COVID-19 Starting April 13, 2020 San Marcos fixed routes operate Monday – Friday 7 am to 6 pm. CARTS does not operate on weekends or major holidays including New Year’s Day, M.L.K. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. CARTS will run reduced hours on Christmas Eve operating from 7 am to 6 pm.

Paratransit

 

CARTS offers curb-to-curb transit service for qualifying individuals with disabilities and seniors 65 years and older.
