Sign Up for Recurring Credit Card (Auto-Pay)

Customers can access all functions in Customer Connect except multi-accounts and payments.  Payments can be made through the online one-time options   Customers can now do all moves internal and external.  These are temporary work arounds.

Payments can still be made through the automated phone system 512-393-8333, H-E-B, or at our night drop boxes. 

Payments can be made Monday thru Friday  8 a.m. through 5 p.m. with a customer service representative 512-393-8383 or in person at one of our two locations.

The city is updating the Recurring Credit Card program used to automatically pay your City of San Marcos Utility Bill. This upgrade is being implemented to enhance your online payment experience. Each customer will need to update their information in the new Recurring Credit Card program.

Utility Billing Payment Online Payment Access

First Time Users

  1. Access the Payment Portal.
  2. Under New User click on Register Now
  3. Fill out all Required information 
  4. Click Register when done
  5. You will receive an email to activate your information.
  6. When you click on the link or copy and paste the link on the site it will state the account has been verified.
  7. Log into your utility account
  8. Click on Auto Pay
  9. Select your payment type (Credit Card or Bank Account)
  10. Click the check box to agree for terms
  11. Click Submit when done
  12. Click on Continue to Payment Provider
  13. Enter information for bank account or credit card then click save information. (For Bank Account be sure to check authorization box.)

Forgot Your Password

  1. Access the Payment Portal.
  2. Click Link for ’Forgot password’
  3. Enter username associated with Customer Connect and click ’Continue’.
  4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
