Utility Payment Options

The City is pleased to offer its utility customers direct draft. Your Utility Bill will be paid via a direct withdrawal from your specified bank account on the due date. You will still receive your monthly bill as usual, allowing approximately two weeks to review the bill before the payment is made. To sign up for Direct Draft, submit the Direct Draft Application along with a voided check. Draft will occur on your 2nd bill - need signed notice after submission of application and voided check.

 E-billing allows utility billing statement to be e-mailed. To get signed up, log into your account online and choose the e-billing option.
 You can pay your current Utility Bill with a Visa or MasterCard or Discover over the telephone at: 512.393.8333.

Allow 10 business days prior to due date. Utility bills can be mailed in the return envelope provided with your bill. All mailed utility bills are processed internally by city staff. Plan ahead if you are mailing your bill, bills are considered paid on the day they are processed, not the day they are mailed.
