Registration Waiver Forms are required for participation in all Parks and Recreation programs. Completed forms may be mailed to Parks and Recreation at 630 E. Hopkins or delived in-person to either the Parks and Recreation Main Office located at 401 E. Hopkins Street or the San Marcos Activity Center located at 501 E. Hopkins Street.
