The City of San Marcos will host a brushy waste drop-off and community clean-up for residential garbage and recycling service customers on Saturday, July 11 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 750 River Road.
Residents driving to the drop-off will take the San Marcos Animal Shelter entrance and follow the signs.
Acceptable green waste includes tree/brush trimmings, leaves and grass clippings. Brush containing barbed wire or other metals will not be accepted. Additionally, lumber will not be accepted.
