Bobcats Give Back is a sustainable move-out initiative created to provide an outlet for gently used and unwanted household items.
Students can donate clothing, non-perishable food, small appliances & electronics, backpacks & luggage, home decor, linens, kitchenware, cookware, and other household goods at participating apartments from July 5th - August 6th. All donations will benefit local organizations and reuse businesses.
Help keep valuable resources out of the landfill by donating your unwanted goods this summer. Join the movement to reduce, reuse and recycle to make your move-out process go smoothly.
The donation categories below are extensive but may not include all accepted donations. If you have questions about an item not listed below, please review the Not Accepted section first, and then contact the Resource Recovery team if you still need assistance.
Due to limited resources and space, we cannot accept many items suitable for reuse or recycling. We encourage everyone to donate what they can to help support our local organizations and recycling businesses and minimize landfill waste. Please review each section below for disposal and donation tips.
