Customer Connect

Customer Connect is a new tool that will help you use the data from your meter to manage your utility usage. We will be moving all our online functions to Customer Connect in the near future, however you can register now and you will be able to:

  • Browse our library of articles including conservation tips and tools
  • Compare your usage to prior periods
  • Request email and SMS notifications for usage that exceeds the targets that you set
  • View Billing History reports
  • View hourly, weekly, and monthly usage reports

Customer Connect Online Access

First Time Users

To register your utilities for a Customer Connect Account, please follow these instructions:

  1. Access Customer Connect.
  2. Select new user registration or existing E-Care user registration.
  3. Create a new Username and Password.
  4. You will receive a Customer Connect activation email.
  5. Click on link to active your access.

Returning Users

To access your Customer Connect account, save the Customer Connect website as a favorite. Enter in your Customer Connect Username and Password to access your account.

Forgot Your Password/Username

  1. Access Customer Connect here.
  2. Click Link by Forgot Password or Forgot Username.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Customer Connect account.
  4. Answer the security question you established during registration.
  5. You will receive an email with your username or instructions on how to reset your password.
